I think that's why it draws a big audience. The women watch because they get to see a strong, intelligent female kick some butt in "a man's world" (spying)...And the men watch because she looks great and wears skimpy dresses and stuff every week, while kicking people in the face and generally beating the living crap out of everyone.

So, for women you have: Role model - strong intelligent woman
For guys you have: gorgeous woman, fight scenes
