I have been watching and enjoying the show. They are showing it on Space here in Canada.

My husband is waiting for it to come out on DVD and we were wondering how the ratings are going.

Re: Star Trek Discovery (and After Trek) - CBS All Access

I was browsing through my Amazon Prime account and decided to take them up on the 3-day freebie. I have been HOOKED! I binge watched the entire series so far, and I think it's brilliant! Considering the CBS All-Access thing, it's about 10 bucks a month, less than a movie ticket, so I'm willing to include it in the entertainment budget.

I've read other reviews on it, and the hardcore trekkies are complaining about some of the intricacies of how the Klingons are portrayed, etc. I'm not THAT into the details, although I do consider myself a trekkie of sorts... my biggest complaint is having to read the subtitles during the Klingon scenes. Otherwise, It is super well done.
