Just one more episode left. There's a lot left to wrap up. I've really enjoyed this mini series and will be sad to see it go.

i know Im excited but also bummed its almost over. I keep fighting the urge to track down the book and speed read it. So many possibilities of the rapist, the bully, the murder victim and murderer! I'm hoping they aren't the obvious ones!

I was really pleased that they ended this following along with the book. Someone had told me that they left it more vague, and I"m glad that was false information.

One of my favorite quotes has always been "There's always something we're ignorant of about another person, and often it's what we're ignorant of that is the most important". I think that this story illustrates that brilliantly. There's all this snipping and judgement among the women, because they don't realize everything that each one is going through. When they learn what each one is facing, the judgement is swept aside and they are there to take care of each other.

    I LOVED IT!

Was able to hold off reading the book, but I will this summer sometime. I guessed who the bully was and who was killed but I had no idea who the "killer" was. Loved everything about this series!

Re: Big Little Lies on HBO

Loved the finale and especially the ending where kids and mamas alike were at the beach. I liked how inclusive it was and Renata and Bonnie were no longer outsiders

I was hoping Perry was the victim but my one little nit pick was that he was also the rapist. For those who read the book can you tell me if the book clarified that Jane did indeed recognize Perry as her attacker? I wasn't sure.

I need to watch again as the ending was so dark and I think I missed a lot.

I was on pins and needles from the time Perry told Celeste about the property manager's text message. If Renata hadn't knocked on their car window, I don't know if Celeste would be alive.

Renata and Bonnie were the heroines of the finale!

Well done HBO and kudos to Reese and Nicole for producing.

Totally agree with your whole post, ECM!!!

I also want to know if Perry was the one that raped Jane.
