Okay, I think they will also give the runner up a show....
Melissa's the winner!
Didn't they give someone from last year a show when they didn't win as well?Quote:

Ah, Adam. Thanks. I could picture the face but didn't remember the name.Quote:

Well. Food Network already has the winner on its Web site.
I just wanted to read previous blogs before watching. Didn't think they would be so quick posting it. A warning to those wanting to watch the show/
Oh well. I agree that I think both will get at least some fact time on Food Network.
After watching the finale, I can see why they chose Melissa. I think she will appeal to the simple cook (ME)
I would have no idea where to go buy the spices or ingredients that Jeffery uses. At least not in this town
Oh I am thrilled that Melissa won. I am just hoping she stays true to her "thing" and cooks with "normal" ingredients for the working mom. After seeing the pilot presentations tonight, I will definitely at least watch the first few of Melissa's shows. Her 4 step chicken looked really good, so i am hoping she has more of those types of interchangeable recipes to give us!
I knew that Melissa was going to win, no matter what she did, the judges just raved about her. I don't think I'll catch too many of her shows (actually I feel the same about Jeffrey) Both of them seem like such phonies to me and I can't take much of Melissa's screechy voice, it's like fingernails on a blackboard to me.
