I got home from work to a message on my voice mail. It was a computerized reminder about tomorrow night's finale. Has anyone else received one of these?

Not me. Wow. That's really wild! Does USA network have you on a mailing list or something?
I’m haunted a little this evening by feelings that have no vocabulary and events that should be explained in dimensions of lint rather than words.

They must. It came out of the blue. That was the first call I got.

Maybe we should chug on over to namby pamby land where we can find some self confidence for you, you jackwagon!
That is really odd...I didnt receive a phone call but then again I NEVER filled in that form that always stared me in the face after I voted online .....
I dont trust it... lol :-)

I GOT ONE AS WELL!!! And I live in Massachusetts, not exactly the country music capital of the world! I thought it was hilarious! Besides which, I've always voted online, and never filled-out anything for the show. Perhaps they're random-dial marketing

how weird....

I've heard of other people getting these voice mails ... one was a recording of John Arthur and another was Judge Robert O. Both of them vote using their cell phones. They think NS captured their cell numbers. Maybe they just use caller id from voting, capture the numbers, then use them for a call list.
Kinda pisses me off, actually. It would unnerve me to get that kind of call and it's really a pretty big misuse of your voting info.
I would think that would be a pretty rotten thing to do...
If they do that, then how do they expect getting people to vote next time around? Are people going to refrain from voting because of misuse of the voting info?

I got one, although hubby deleted it before I could hear it - he just told me about it later. I voted by phone, but we call caller ID blocking, so it can't be that they got the number that way. Maybe just randomly generated numbers?
Anybody know how the ratings were? Maybe they were not getting enough people voting?
