I think she is perfect for the show. She has that southern charm about her.

She's very pretty, and while I agree that she also has that sweet Southern charm, her "witty" banter drives me bonkers sometimes.

I hope she loosens up a little this season, she got very annoying by the end of last season lol .... Try not to be so "Scripted" in her banter with the contestants & play it more by ear maybe, or at least...if it HAS to be scripted, could she act it out a little better?

BUT... I've watched Ryan Seacrest grow into a really great host on American Idol (he wasn't so great during Season 1 either) so why not give Nancy another shot :-)

Maybe I have weird taste...but I totally loved...yes loved the clothes she wore last season. I wanted to run out and buy half of them.

She is SO shrill. She seems to think *she's* in concert and has to holler over the band. And yet... the band doesn't play when she speaks, so she's just hollering for no reason other than to hurt my little ears.
