Tracy Gershon has had a big promotion since last appearing on Nashville Star. She is now the Senior Director of A&R. I'm sure she'll be quick to show us the various sides of her personality again this year. Whether it's biting remarks, or mushy sentimentality, Tracy is up to the task.
