| FOX Blatantly Lies About Viewership On Commercial During AI, there was a commercial that said something along the lines of "If you weren't one of the 28 million people who fell in love with Steve.." There were definitely only 19-20 million viewers. American Idol's premiere had 28 or 29 million, but My Big Fat Fiance definitely didn't achieve such levels. I'm surprised they could get away with that.

| Some people are flipping through the channel and have it on for 2 seconds-they consider that someone watching it. And guess what? If you forgot to turn off your TV after AI, you were part of those 28 million viewers! |

| But, the people who didn't leave FOX after American Idol are factored into the 20 million. Eight or nine million people left FOX once that show came on. Thus, the show legitimately got 20 million viewers, not 28.
