I just compiled a Christmas CD for the car that includes a few from the Michael Buble Christmas album (I do believe he is the new Andy Williams - I received his Christmas album one Christmas when I was about 11 - LOL), some harp, some Messiah, and a couple from a Rat Pack Christmas CD I received as a bank hand out.

    As I type I'm re-listening to Scotty McCreery's album.

I must admit, I am not at all a fan of Holiday Music so to avoid the radio I have been riding my Florence + The Machine obsession. That woman has such an amazing voice.

Blue Bayou Shuffle by Cookie and the Cupcakes. Followed immediately by The Curse of Millhaven by Nick Cave (really digging The Murder Ballads lately).

Baby's on Fire by Brian Eno, followed immediately by Howlin' for You by the Black Keys.

ETA: And as I turn off the iPod to begin the daily grind, it segues into Soul Happy Hour by Jazz Butcher.

This morning's three song shutting-down-for-the-day run is: Sick, Sick, Sick by Queens of the Stone Age, Blame Your Parents by 54-40, and Crabbuckit by K-Os.
