    MTV Video Music Awards 2009 (Sep 13)

    As much as I wanted to like the tribute to Michael, I thought it was pretty lackluster...

    And omg at Kanye West, here we go again with him shooting his mouth off, I felt bad that he kinda rained on Taylor Swift's win, but I have to admit, I thought Beyonce would win with Single Ladies as well...or at least Lady GaGa with Poker Face, my personal fav.

    You read my mind! I'm so pissed at Kanye for upstaging Taylor. That's really screwed up. Then, the poor girl just stood there not knowing what to say. What a jacka$$!

    I just recalled Janet's performance. Up there with her was her favorite choreographer Tina Landon, Cris Judd, Laurianne Gibson, someone that looked a lot like Benny Ninja, etc.

    Lady Gaga is in a class by herself. Now that is a performer.


    My favorite band Muse just performed, I can't wait for their new CD.

    I love, LOVE Lady GaGa, I love her demented style, she's cuckoo for cocoa puffs and I love it! I'm so glad she won an award!!! I thought she would easily sweep her categories, but I'm happy she won at least one!!! Best New Artist indeed!!!

    Yes, that was nice of her. Taylor is so talented, she deserves her accolades.

    I was touched by the opening tribute to MJ. I thought Madonna did an okay job of paying tribute. It was really neat to see all the dancers in his various costumes performing to some of his songs. The part with Janet was a bust though because they either didn't turn her mic on or they didn't run the Janet part of the song.
