The Mavericks. Kind of a Cuban/country thing going on. Some songs are sad but others are just bouncy/happy things.
I used to have a mix tape of happy/sunny day driving songs... gone now that I've got a CD player in the car. Let me see, what did I have on that tape? "If I Had a Million Dollars" by the Barenaked Ladies...some Stevie Ray Vaughan..."Love Rollercoaster"the Red Hot Chili Peppers version..."Dancing Queen" by Abba...some peppy bluegrass..."The Tide is High" by Blondie...
That's an idea for a new thread; what would you put on a mix tape? (Does anyone even still make mix tapes?)
