Russell Brand's opening was very ummmmmm ... I was a little appalled but then I am a fuddy duddy who believes in God and doesn't like politics shoved down my throat. So if you are into that then you probably loved it. I don't know how to describe it so I will move on. Britney won the first award... The best female video... She thanked God and her boys and her fans. Jamie Fox presented and I think he might have had a few too many. Demi Moore just showed up and is presenting Best male video.

Winner was Chris Brown for Best male video. How sad is it that I have no clue who these people are? I am in my 20's I should know these people. Taylor Swift presents the Jonas Brothers.

Jonas Brothers performing on a stoop acoustically... Kinda reminds me of Sesame Street. I expect Big Bird to hop out... oh wait now they are "rocking" and the stoop is gone and they are outside performing with tons of female girls.

Kate Perry was singing a little of Madonna's "Like a Virgin" and then went to commercial and now we have her singing "I Kissed Big Bird" I mean "I Kissed A Girl". Little overplayed in my humble opinion... ohhhhhhh Michael Phelps just walked out. Yummy in my tummy. He is presenting Leona Lewis and T-Pain to perform. Leona is gorgeous tonight...
