Re: American Music Awards (Nominations)

I think I have just aged about 10 more years. There was a time where I knew and/or listened to everyone on the list. Now I only seem to listen to one or two on the list and some I've never even heard off. Going off with head bowed to put my "coolness" back on it's dusty shelf.

Re: American Music Awards (Nominations)

I only saw a little bit of the show but from what I saw it was definitely entertaining. I watch for the performances and I thought everyone did a really good job. Way to go Duran Duran! And I also like Beyonce with Sugarland.... random duo but it worked.

I'm not sure if I liked the Sugarland/Beyonce duet....something about it seemed "not right"...can't quite put my finger on it.....

I thought that duet was one of the show's highlights.

Sorry razor....I didn't hate it but there was just something about it I didn't care for (and I love both Sugarland and Beyonce, so that's not it)...maybe if I listened to it more than once

Highlights for me (performance wise) was probably Queen Latifah, Lenny (cause I ), Daughtry (of course!) and Chris Brown's dance routine. I liked Mary J. Blige's song but she's a hit and miss with me because sometimes she screams too much when she's singing.
