    you are so right. This song was horrible, horrible, horrible and probably set back country music from getting some of the recognition it does deserve because there are some really wonderful Country music writers and performers. But not for this song!!!

    And let's not forget Kokomo either.

    I just finished watching DWTS and the big "group number" was to Cotton Eyed Joe - I immediately realized I need to add that as a song that drives me insane.
