These were from family members, not me

    From Aerosmith
    Wrong "Do the dragon lady"
Right "Dude looks like a lady"

    From Fabulous Thunderbirds
Wrong "Rev it up, I'll take it"
Right "Wrap it up, I'll take it"

When my son was younger he sang this line from Tom Petty:

Wrong "I want it back now"
    Right "I won't back down"

I agree, I always thought it was "nobody does it like Sara Lee" and when I found out it was "doesn't like" I thought the other way still sounded better

Another misheard one that I finally found out the right line to was when I had closed caption on during "The Long Kiss Goodnight" (the song was playing during a scene and Samuel Jackson was singing the wrong lyrics):

Wrong "I'm not talkin 'bout the linen"

Right "I'm not talkin 'bout movin in"

I'm still confused by some lyrics.

Anybody know that Red Hot Chili Peppers song that sounds like, "with the birds I share this lonesome view." Or is it "burden share"?

    Also, Norah Jones, "I don't know why didn't call" or "... I didn't come."?

Also, pretty much any Nirvana song.

As far as Norah Jones goes it's I don't know why I didn't come." Couldn't find the Red Hot Chili Peppers one. And here's a classic Nirvana song:

    Verse 1-
    Load up on guns
    Bring your friends
It's fun to lose and to pretend
    She's overborne and self-assured
Oh no, I know a dirty word
    Chorus-
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
    Hello, hello, hello ,hello
With the Lights out it's less dangerous
Here we are now entertain us
    I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now entertain us
    A mullato an albino
    A mosquito my libido
    yay
    Verse 2-
I'm worse at what I do best
And for this gift I feel blessed
Our little group has always been
And always will until the end
    Chorus-
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
    Hello, hello, hello, hello
With the Lights out it's less dangerous
Here we are now entertain us
    I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now entertain us
    A mullato an albino
    A mosquito my libido
    yay
    Bridge-
    Verse 3-
And I forget just why I taste
Oh yeah I guess it makes me smile
I found it hard it's hard to find
    Oh well whatever nevermind
    Chorus-
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
Hello, hello, hello, hello, how low?
    Hello, hello, hello, hello
With the Lights out it's less dangerous
Here we are now entertain us
    I feel stupid and contagious
Here we are now entertain us
    A mullato an albino
    A mosquito my libido
    A denial
Just found the Red Hot Chili Peppers song. It's from the song "Scar Tissue" from the album: Greatest Hits (2003) and the words are With the birds I'll share this lonely view. credit to lyricsondemand.com

Yes, it makes sense now. I don't know why they did that jingle- it's so negative!

I had a friend who sang this, and years later even though I laughed my butt off at her at the time, I sing it this way! Started as a way to annoy her, now I can't stop...

    Right: Big Ol' Jet Airliner
Wrong: Bingo Jed had a light on
