    I was going to go for "When Doves Cry", but then I remembered the funk that is "Erotic City" so I voted for other. I hope that doesn't screw up your poll but at least I didn't vote for "Batdance".

    Well, I started to go down the list singing them all to myself, and got stuck on the first one, "Purple Rain". I thought about that movie, all the songs in it, and decided my favorite song was "Jungle Love." THEN I realized that wasn't Prince, it was Morris Day. That got me off on a tangent thinking about Jay & Silent Bob.

    So I had to choose again. I went with "Kiss" but it was a hard call. I'd follow it closely with "When Doves Cry."

    Is John going to perform his favorite Prince song at FortCon????? OOOOH get us some streaming video of that please!

    My vote was for 1999. I love that song, but I can't believe it's now so long ago! (I remember when 1999 was way, way off in the future!!!)

    It was a toss-up between When Doves Cry and 1999 so I tossed a coin and When Doves Cry won. It's too bad I can't vote twice since I really like them both equally.

    well i really like ALL of those songs.. but I had to go with Purple Rain just cuz... out of all of them, it isn't one that I ever get tired of hearing.
