Was just about to post a topic on it AIW. I've been doing a bit of fashion reviewing for an editorial. Lindsay Lohan and 50 Cent presented the first award of the evening, Best Female and Best Male.

Kelly Clarkson and Kanye West won. Ludacris is now performing. A really interesting, tribal inspired performance - it's cool, something fresh. The Green Day performance was also incredible.

Oh yes, and how could I forget! Diddy went OVER THE TOP with his introduction act. It was classy, yet somehow insane introduction. It really set the mood for the night.

GreenDay just took home the award for Best Rock Video.

Diddy came out and announced the three best dressed males and females that have a chance to win $100,000 at the end of the show to donate to a charity of their choice.

The three males were Kanye West who was wearing a beautiful deep purple silk shirt under a sleek white blazer and gray pants, Usher who wore a light yellow button up under a mettalic light blue blazer, and finally Snoop Dogg who wore a pimped out white suit with designer prints all over and a stylin' fedora.

    My pick goes to Kanye.

For the females, Gwen Stefani who wore an elegant 50s inspired leopord print dress, Eva Longoria who wore a lovely silverish/light-bluish shade with a drop dead neck line, and Ameria whose dress includes this over the top jewelry necklace that holds the dress which is a sexy, luxurious maroon material.

My pick goes to no doubt, Gwen!

Ashley and Jessica are onstage now presenting the Best R&B Video. Ashley overtake Jessica by a mile tonight when it comes to outfits! Jessica is wearing this HORRID get-up that's basically entire lingire. Ashley is wearing this somewhat gothic black short dress. The hair is very cool. A bit too much eyeshadow but her dress after looking at it for a while is quite elegant.

Alicia Keys wins in a beautiful light peach brown coloured dress. She also has this tan going on and her makeup just shouts EXOTIC.

Jessica Alba is presenting the next performance. She's wearing a beautiful black outfit with a accentuated black waist belt.

Shakira and Alejandro Sanz are now performing. Time to watch!

Usher is presenting the Best Dance Video right now. Missy Elliott won! Now that I'm getting a closer look, her hair is like an auburn brown color... it's pretty nice. Destiny's Child was also nominated. They showed a closeup of Beyonce... technically she was sitting beside Jay Z but not really... there's a gap in between them, like a small isle.

This actor, his name is lingering in my head somewhere but I can't find it haha, just presented R. Kelly as the next performer. He's doing a performing act called "In The Closet"... ironic isn't it? haha

Poor J-Simp - she looked like a 17th century stripper. There were also a few awkward sequences after that... the surprises are a little bit more uncomfortable than I expected... and actually a little bit lame (a dance-off, anyone?)

And I laughed through the sixth part of R. Kelly's "In The Closet". It just gets more and more ridiculous by the second

What is up with Hilary Duff's outfit? Has she taken How To Wear Skimpy Outfits 101 or something? I hope I never have to see that again as long as I live...

I'm surprised Hilary and Joel actually came out as a couple.

Mhm! That was a HORRID performance! Just to summarize for everyone else, it was about a guy named Chuck who cheated on his wife Kathy with a guy named Rufus. Then they get into this huge blowout and Rufus wants Chuck to leave with him, telling him to remember all the things they did and the places they went (goodness, I DO NOT want to know such information!) - Kathy fights back and gets mad. In the end Chuck went back to his wife.

    That was just ridiculous haha.

Killers just performed - it was another one of tonight's great performances - really energetic. There were some cool pyrotechnics at the end, but then again, all the performances tonight seem to have some form of fireworks or another.

Lil Kim and Jeremy Piven from Entourage just presented Best Rap Video. Ludacris won.
