    Males: Not to be too ultra-commercial here, but Dave Matthews is up there. So is Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, whatever the guy's name who's the lead singer of the Tea Party is, and Eddie Vedder.

    Females: Ani DiFranco, Alanis Morrisette (getting commercial again, I know), Ella Fitzgerald and PJ Harvey

    Edit: And Sade. Don't know how I forgot her.

    Second edit: Also, I love Michael McDonald's voice. Not his songs so much, but the sound of his voice is beautiful.

    I actually was a huge Mariah Carey fan. I've got all her CDs and most of her singles. Now, I feel a little differently. I react this way to all of her new stuff: .
