I would like to say that Michelle Branch is another one of my all tike favourite singers, but I've only loved her music ever since December 2001, whereas I've been a big fan of Savage Garden since the year 2000, and I'm still a massive fan of theirs now. If Michelle Branch's music still appeals to me 2 years from now, I can consider her to be another one of my all time favourite singers.
that's the one, summer!Quote:

i groupied ian for quite a while with my best friend. saw him wherever he played in texas for a year. :lol he is terribly nice, too. after each of his shows for about 8 shows, ian would hand me his pick. the roadies would bring me earplugs. :rofl my friend and i were really disappointed when he broke up the band with chris and michael (bass and drummer), and ian himself tried to convince smash and i that it was ok, that it was all good... but his whole style in music took a turn. after that, it was pretty easy to get into his shows... great seats, no wait... b/c the texas blues rock style he had was gone. with that went his recording contract and his fan base. i went to one of his solo acoustic shows in dallas a few months ago, and honestly, i left between sets b/c he just wouldn't quit singing falsetto. i couldn't take it. but i still love his stuff...... my all time fave. :) you know, if you saw him a lot, chances are we've met. ;)
My all time favorite singer is Stevie Wonder. I love him...
I like motown but I love all other genres of music. I'm a big Fleetwood Mac fan...Stevie Nicks rocks! And Jim Morrison..ahh...what a sexy voice. I also love Mick Jagger...He's a great performer/singer...
I'm also a big Savage Garden fan. I brought their album back in 1997 and I still listen to it...They're great.
we have a winner! yeah, i'd have to say tori, or course. i'm so excited!!! only 3 more days till i see her again in concert - front row! i am completely stoked!Quote:

Hey Paulie, here's an easy one for ya. Who's my favourite actor?
I have to agree with broken_pryncess on this one, TORI AMOS IS THE BEST! She is more than a singer, she's a cosmic phenomenon. Have fun at the concert, BP!
Other singers I like are Aimee Mann, Sarah McLachlan, Kate Bush, and the voice of Elizabeth Frasier from Cocteau Twins never fails to give me shivers.
Sarah Brightman :)Quote:
That song he does with, um, that woman for one of the Bellagio fountain shows in Las Vegas is stunning.
As for all time favorite singer.... Overall I think Queen is on the top of my list... Freddie Mercury but I like all four of them, so I'll include them all.
And uh..well... I do love country music & "my man" who has been my utmost favorite artist for many many years now is Clay Walker... sounds kinda tame when comparing with Andrea Bocelli & John Lennon LOL, but hey...diversity is great.
A couple of others are Ozzy Osbourne & Van Halen ......
THose 4 stand out in my mind when talking about favorites:)
MADONNA as if my nickname doesn't tell you!
1. Sting
2. Don Henley
3. Harry Connick, Jr.
4. U2
5. Oasis
ooh..... love don henley. man puts on an awesome concert, too.
