I'm another of those who has a whole list of songs that can make me cry. I just am very affected by music. It doesn't take much.
But my mom died recently. And about a month before that, I had started to listen to this song by Our Lady Peace called "Picture"...and the guy starts singing "please pick up the phone....please pick up the phone..." over and over again, and I would sit there and cry because it made me just know how I would feel if she ever died and I knew she was going to somehow, and now...well I cant listen to it right now. It made me cry buckets even before she died.
Others are Pink Floyd's "Wish You Were Here", "Comfortably Numb", Mew's "Comforting Sounds", Pearl Jam's "Black", ....there is a veritable plethora.
