My favorite song for 2002 is Eminem's "Lose Yourself." I don't like a lot of what he does, but I guess this song was commercial enough for my elderly tastes.

I thought "Drive" was out in 2001.

Sher, good to see another Flickerstick fan on here! But "Beautiful" originally came out in 2000 & was re-released in 2001. I love that song too though! Have you ever been to any Flickerstick shows? They kick ass live. We always see them when they are in town & sometimes we'll drive to Austin to see them. We went to the NYE show last year, but not this year

I liked that song until they overplayed it on the radio. Why do they do that?! Drives me mad!

I like the phrase "are we having fun yet?

It reminds me of when i was working in antarctica in -90f weather and snow was blowing and "they" refused to call a condition two, so we could get out of it. because they were getting behind on building the ice runway. and I asked the guy working with me "are we having fun yet?"

you know holly, they didn't start playing "beautiful" on the radio till this last year... in fact, i hadn't even heard of flickerstick until 2002. someday i'm gonna have to head your way for a show.
