    along with Van Halen,Bob Seger...

It's so hard to have a favorite when the music industry is so vast, but a few that top my list are:

STING- I never in a million years thought I would ever be able to see him in concert because of where I live, but last year he did a guest lecture for the music dept of our university and did a concert! I can now die a happy woman.
    Elton John
    Josh Groban
    Luther Vandross
    Tom Petty
"YOU BREATH THE SAME AIR THE BILLIONAIRES DO" Russell Simmons

"We make a living from what we get, but we make a life from what we give." Winston Chruchill

    1. SHAKIRA (Colombian singer)- She's definitely more than the hip-shakin' woman she's known for. She has one of the most amazing voices and writes and composes some of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard.

    2. La Oreja de Van Gogh (A band from Spain)

    3. Miranda! (a band from Argentina)

    4. Julieta Venegas (a Mexican singer)

    5. Juanes (another Colombian singer)
