So far I haven't been able to take Mumford and Sons out of heavy rotation.
One of my favorite finds in many years.
I'm crazy about Little Lion Man. Definitely in my current top 5 songs.

I bought the album after hearing Little Lion Man and ended up loving it all. Now Little Lion Man is still in my top 3 tracks, but behind White Blank Page and Dust Bowl Dance. It's SO intense and emotion filled. I actually called my husband from the road when I was listening to it on a long drive and said "Is this a BANJO I am rocking out to so hard?"

The last CD I bought was Hole's Nobody's Daughter. I've always liked Hole and especially Courtney Love. I enjoyed it....but I'm sure it's not for everyone.

Oh, and I can tell ya the next CD I won't be buying. The new Kid Rock - Born Free. Due out in November (pushed from September to October and now to November). Single disc, $48! Not even this girl will pay that - way to alienate the fans, Bob.

This thread was started in 2003, when most people still bought CDs.

I wonder if it should be renamed "what did you last buy from iTunes?"

Or "What have you downloaded recently?"

Actually, I did buy a CD last week. I'm wild for the Black Keys so I sprang for Brothers. Like Jack White's work, they manage to make late '60's/'70's garage sound somehow innovative. I have not liked a complete CD this much since the Killers' Hot Fuss.

Josh Groban's Illuminations and Keith Urban's Get Closer . . . both released on the same day (back in November)
