I just bought Lifehouse's new one today. I'm listening to it right now and, frankly, it's not all that great compared to their first two albums. I'd give it a C+ maybe. All the songs sound the same. Bummer.
Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that 'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.' - Isaac Asimov

As birthday gifts, I received Morrissey's Live at Earls Court and the soundtrack to Lost Highway.

Both are ridiculously good! The Mozzer puts on one heck of a show and LH is undoubtedly one of the best soundtracks I've ever heard.

    Wunschkind - Oomph!

It came in the mail two days ago, and I'm finally starting to listen to it. So far, so good.
    Gustav Holst was right!

I think the last 2 CDs I bought (except for second hand) were Clay Aiken's "Merry Christmas With Love" and the Target exclusive "NBC: Sounds Of The Season" that included Clay's "Mary, Did You Know?" and songs by Dido, Harry Connick Jr., Alicia Keys, Usher, and others.
I buy most CDs used. And I pay to download individual songs at iTunes.

I agree that it is not as good as two previous album. But try to listen to it more, cause it catches on slowly.
