    Good stuff, Silver!

    My latest additions:

King Crimson - "In the Court of the Crimson King" (*****)
    Tool - "Ćnima" (*****)

    Definitely a fruitful shopping trip.

    Cool, Mantenna!

I am feeling a little old school, so I got a best of Velvet Underground album, and best of Squeeze and Split Enz. My bro is really into Fountains of Wayne, so he gave me three of their albums: their eponymous CD, Utopia Parkway, and Welcome Interstate Managers. I haven't listened to them yet, but I usually trust my brother's taste. Does anybody else like these guys?

After all these years, that is still one of my favorite albums. I also love Pinkerton, even if it wasn't as popular. Check it out, if you haven't already, Silverstar!

The Los Lonely Boys CD is great!

I've gotten a little retro in the last few days and I bought "Cracked Rear View" by Hootie and the Blowfish from iTunes. I owned it years ago but I sold it. I listened to it a little more closely and I like it more now than I ever did before. Yes it's a funny name (and one of those "Where are they now?" bands) but I love the lyrics and the overall musical style.

Isn't it weird that "retro" stuff is no longer Beatles, Rolling Stones or the Who?

Listen to us, we're talking about "old school" and "retro" and some of it is stuff from just barely over a decade ago.

Turn that racket down, ya young whippersnappers! I'm trying to listen my Radiohead albums!!!

Finally! I don't believe I got the Default CD before you did

Anyways, newest CD would be Default - Elocation. A while back was a Tribute to Evanescence. Never, ever buy that CD. It is horrible.
