Nirvana? Smashing Pumpkins? OLDIES?! Look at me, I'm going on 14, and Nirvanas my favorite band in the universe!

Aerosmith can be considered classic rock, I guess, because they've been around since the 70's. But, Motley Crue and Guns 'N' Roses? To me, they're known as those 80's rock bands...with the big hair!

I'd have agreed if the Aerosmith song was "Dream On" or "Sweet Emotion", or something from back then, but it was "Crazy". That's from an early 90's album.

This happened to me in the early 90's..there was an ad on tv for one of those "oldies" albums. It had "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us" from Starship. I am only 32 so this truly freaked me out.

ok, I agree, Aerosmith can be a classic if they are the songs from the 70s, I remember seeing them in the late 70s in concert with Ted Nugent and Lynnard skynard (before the plane wreck) so...I must be old as dirt....

also I hate hearing songs form the 80s on the oldies stations. I still remember when they came out and I was rocking to the tunes
