<<<< First, Ron Fair is not the entire label nor is probably the only one deciding on the singles she should release. >>>>

Duhhh, no sh*t sherlock, heh heh.

<<<<<< No, Christina told Ron Fair what she thought. He never said he outright agreed with her decision, he was describing why Christina wanted Dirrty >>>>>>

I guess we must have seen different interviews.

<<<<<<<<< There are TWENTY tracks on Stripped. In all kinds of genre, pop, rock, R&B, soul, gospel, hip hop. You've heard four singles on the radio. >>>>>>>>

Again, you're attempting to assume the way I listened to the songs, when I never even said how I did it. LOL. I guess it's easier for you to make a point when you put whatever you want in the other person's mouth. Wow, you're reallyyyy goood huh? lol

<<<< It's as simple as that. You don't judge an album by the singles you hear on the radio unless of course you heard all the songs on the album on the radio, just as you don't review a movie based on the previews.>>>>

There you go again, assuming I heard it on the radio. Ever think I knew someone who had the cd or maybe someone, not me ofcourse, downloaded them?
    lol

<<<<<< Well of course it was an attention getter. It was her comeback after not being on the scene almost three years. >>>>>>

Whoa! You agreed on something? The sky must be falling!!

<<<<<<<< 1) She said she wouldn't record again if she couldn't do it her way. Money was not the number 1 factor. I'm sure she realized she would get boring keeping the same image, but she wanted to do this, to be herself, and make the music she wanted too. >>>>>>>>>>

Money was the no 1 factor to the record label.

<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< It's a key factor to her record company that allows Christina to be able to have the media advertisment.
------------------------------------------------------------------You have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. She had to battle her record company to have the image she has now, the record company didn't want her to do it!.>>>>>>>>>>>>

You mean it was Christina's idea to dress like a slut? I guess that's not to hard to believe.

<<<<<<<<< Britney Spears. Her first album, it was virginal, sweet, Britney. 26 million worldwide.
Then came Oops...I Did It Again! with a slightly sexier image and videos. 15 million worldwide.
Then, the album called Britney. Sexy videos, sexy songs, sexy photos.
    10 million worldwide.>>>>>>>>>>>>

Unlike Christina, Britney always dressed sexy. Lots of guys will tell you that a school girl's outfit is sexier than a lot of her other outfits later in her career.

<<<<<<<<< You know you've won an argument when the other person is responding to the comments that hardly support what he originally said about Christina. >>>>>>>>>

That must mean you know nothing, LOL.

I guess we must have seen different interviews.
I've seen all the big Christina interviews. The label wanted Beautiful as the first single. Ron Fair never ever said his first thought out of the bag was to have Dirrty be the single, he said that was why she wanted it, and she eventually convinced her label.

Again, you're attempting to assume the way I listened to the songs, when I never even said how I did it. LOL. I guess it's easier for you to make a point when you put whatever you want in the other person's mouth. Wow, you're reallyyyy goood huh? lol
    You said:

oh really if its such a deep album
While you don't have to think it's a deep album, the way this is worded, you clearly have not heard much of the album to make a good enough judgement.

You haven't even said anything about the album and we're this far into the argument. Now I expect you to make up some kind of bull, but you not even commenting on the album and your thoughts when I've given numerous of mine says something.

Woah! You agreed on something? The sky must be falling!!
I never said Dirrty wasn't suposed to be an attention getter. You are thinking of what I'm saying the wrong way. Dirrty was meant to get your attention, but it wasn't just that. She had to make a loud entrance back into the scene, and she said she wanted a song people could dance to in the clubs, and she wanted to shed her teen pop image, and how it would appeal to multiple radio formats, and how later she said it was the most fun video she's ever made.

Money was the no 1 factor to the record label.
Again, like with Dirrty being an attention grabber, same thing. Yes, money is always the number 1 factor for a record label, but the record label did not believe Dirrty would sell the album (again, the record label is not just Ron Fair).

You mean it was Christina's idea to dress like a slut? I guess that's not to hard to believe.
    To be fairly blunt: yes.

Again, you are so naive with how you portray things - Christina has been very well covered up since the Beautiful video. You base the Dirrty video and judge her and her career entirely on that. That's another reason I don't believe you listened to the album. You don't have to like the album, but I 100% believe if you ever listened to it you would realize it's not a cd full of sex and hip hop crap, and you would acknowledge that's an extremely small portion of her cd, 2 tracks.

To get directly back to the comment though, why do girls get into pornogrophy? Why does Madonna dress the way she does? Why do girls go nude in Playboy? They choose to do all of that. Why wouldn't Christina?

Unlike Christina, Britney always dressed sexy. Lots of guys will tell you that a school girl's outfit is sexier than a lot of her other outfits later in her career.
So the Baby One More Time video now means she always dressed sexy for her first two albums? Please, aside from that, she was as virginal as a real school girl.

Why is it you constantly are making huge statements on these artists based on how their first videos from albums are portrayed? Britney's other videos and image at that time was very sweet and virginal, regardless of the school girl's outfit. With Christina she was dirrty in her first video and covered up in all her others.

That must mean you know nothing, LOL.
I'm not the one being so close-minded, but whatever.

    TheFlying,
I'm getting bored with this topic. There's a lot more interesting arguements like Abortion, death penalty, gay marriages, flag burning, and lots more I can't think of right now.
