    I gotta say, "Summertime" by Wil Smith is one of my all-time fave summer songs. It's just got a good summer grove to it.

    I'd like to agree that Summertime is perhaps one of the best summer tunes ever, but point out that Will Smith does not deserve all of the credit as that song was released by both "DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince"...

    Furthermore, this track samples the song Summer Madness by Kool and the Gang... in a MAJOR way... so I wanted to give credit where credit is due and urge you to check out the original too!

    I can't remember my favorite summer songs of the past but this year its definately "Crazy In Love" by Beyonce. I really like it, its awesome!
