Thought I'd get music going ;)
I actually will have to think about it, but if you were told to create the list, what do you see as the Top 5 CD's of all time?

I actually will have to think about it, but if you were told to create the list, what do you see as the Top 5 CD's of all time?
Pink Floyd: Dark Side Of The Moon, The Wall
Jimi Hendrix: Are You Experienced?
Huey Lewis and the News: Sports
Donnie Iris and the Cruisers: King Cool
After some thinking, I would have to say those are my top 5, but for 5 artists, I would have to include Frank Zappa.
Of all time? Hmmm..I'm gonna have to think about this.
This is really hard... (in no particular order)
The Eagles Greatest Hits (Vol 1)
The Corrs - Talk on Corners
Bruce Springsteen - Greatest Hits
U2 - Joshua Tree
Journey - Greatest Hits
:laugh I started this thread and I can't narrow it down to 5 ! I figured I'd have to go with greatest hits albums for all of them though... sorry.....
In NO particular order:
Springsteen (OK, that one IS in particular order... 1st, as it always should be;))
Beatles
Santana
Dave Mathews Band (do they have a greatest hits yet?)
And that CD hubby has in his car and NEVER listens too.. it's a mix of "recognizable" Classical music :laugh I do truly enjoy it at times though!
******This is why I will never work for either Rolling Stone Magazine or any record lable, they just wouldn't have me*****
Its hard to narrow it down to just 5 CD's but i'll give it a try.
Guns And Roses:Appetite For Destruction
Journey:Greatest hits
Night Ranger:Night Ranger
REO Speedwagon:The Hits
Bryan Adams:Greatest Hits Vol.1
wow, this is tough
Ozzy - Speak of the Devil
AC/DC - Back in Black
Metallica - Metallica (black album)
Zeppelin - zofo
Van Halen - 1

3. Alanis Morisette, Jagged Little Pill
2. NIN, Pretty Hate Machine

I also want to throw the Grease Soundtrack in there. A must for any CD collection.
Ooops.. I forgot about this thread. These are my favorite CD's, may not of all time, but I don't get tired of listening to them over and over again. ;)
1. Santana - Supernatural
2. Shakira - Laundry Service
3. U2 - Joshua Tree
4. Guns n Roses - Appetite for Destruction
5. Foreigner
*Fixed error. Had put "Dirty Laundry" instead of "Laundry Service" for Shakira's album. Guess I was thinking of the Dirty Laundry I need to take care of tonight. :D
