I also thought it was silly how they hid Heidi's face. Especially since she's been everywhere since she's gotten the work done. It's not like we live in bubbles while the show's off air. I also agree that she does not look good. In pictures it's hard to tell, but in "motion" she looks terrible!

Wow, is Kristen on drugs ... the show sure made it look that way, although I thought she looked great at the premier of the show.

Stephanie, does she have more than 1 DUI?

Seriously, what does Spencer do to earn a living? I realize he "pimps" Heidi, but prior to their marriage, what did he do?

Heidi has destroyed her face. She's 23 and she doesn't look a day under 45. And she wants bigger b**bs? They're the size of beach balls as it is. She needs a serious psychological intervention.

Spencer used to be Brody Jenner's 'manager', chitex. That's how he ended up on The Hills in the first place.

Heidi is so sad! remember how naturally beautiful she used to be? she looks absolutely terrible and seems to be a sad shell of a person, it must break her families' hearts

Heidi told her family she's happy, but what's left of her face tells a different story.
I agree with her mother, she did used to look a lot fresher.
Her canary yellow hair is very unflattering and will always age anyone, but the multiple surgeries have left her looking so odd.
Her face is now lacking the character and uniqueness it once had.
I know we've only seen one episode this season, but she seems so unhappy, it's sad.

What happened to their fake jobs?
It seems as though because Kristin doesn't have a fake job and she's now the central character they've given up on the idea of showing any of them at work.

Spencer is clearly losing his mind.

I LOL at Stephanie, Lo, and Audrina's 'concern' of Kristin's so-called addiction.
