I've never seen The Hills, but I'm familiar with her via here, TV, etc.
I feel sorry for her, as well.
She has to have absolutely no self esteem.
I can't believe she could find a DR. willing to do so many procedures on a girl as young as she is.![]()

To Thine Own Self Be True
Heidi's face scares the bejeebus outta me. IMO, she looked much, much better during the first season of The Hills, like a normal person.
Heidi Montag and Ron Howard (!) teamed up for a 'funny or die' video, and Heidi actually looks somewhat "normal" now -- she still looks a lot different from the "old Heidi," but a lot of the swelling has gone down, and her face doesn't look as pulled. Her b**bs are still humongous, though!

The pains of plastic surgery: Heidi Montag can't chew a hamburger on 'The Hills' season 6 premiere

In a clip (in link below) from the sixth season premiere of "The Hills," a surgically revamped Heidi sits down to dinner with her family - and it doesn't go so well.
First, the reality star's mother and sister criticize her decision to go under the knife, telling her she needs to deal with her "insecurity on a psychological level," as her mother puts it.
Next, Montag runs into trouble when the main course arrives.
"How's that burger?" her sister Holly asks.
"I can't really chew it," Heidi responds, looking pained.
The fame-craving wife of fellow "Hills" star Spencer Pratt has faced a rocky road since revealing the results of her extensive makeover.
She is suing the show's creator, Adam DiVello, for sexual harrassment, a charge MTV and other cast members have denied.
Heidi has also dealt with management drama, trading husband-manager Pratt for psychic Aiden Chase - only to drop Chase barely a week later, citing his bad behavior on the set of "The Hills" and her new movie, "Just Go With It."
The new episode of MTV's hit series premieres Tuesday.

I haven't seen The Hills since the first season but I saw Heidi on an episode of that show where they sent people into the jungle (can't remember the name), and I thought she looked absolutely beautiful with no makeup on. She looks like a freak now, and it's so sad that she doesn't even see it. I wonder how she'll pay for her surgeries when the 15 minutes of fame are over.
I thought it was so silly how they kept Heidi's face from us in the first few minutes of the show so there was an unveiling when she went to see her mother.
Such a shame that she's gone to those lengths to try to improve her looks, but has actually done the reverse.
Spencer's going to go off his rocker during this season.
I was pleased not to see Jayde last night.
I think she's very unpleasant and Brody seemed unhappy most of the time when he was with her.
Not enough Justin Bobby in the show last night either.
Despite my better judgement I do find him rather attractive...when he's had a haircut and a wash of course![]()
