Why were the lights on in the underground cave after the whole house was aflame (and never had power)? But it was a good Bond movie (I've seen them all except for the last Brosnan outting, including the Woody Allen Casino Royale. And I put Craig in the same column as Connery). It certainly was an improvement as a redo of The Dark Knight, with competent actors who don't need subtitles even when they're speaking the Queen's English, which it essentially was, adding in the mommy figure instead of the daddy figure. That said, it makes my top 5 of Bonds. Good actors never hurt.
James Bond is the character's real name. "007" is his code name.

It was not until the penultimate novel, You Only Live Twice, that Fleming gave Bond a sense of family background. The book was the first to be written after the release of Dr. No in cinemas and Sean Connery's depiction of Bond affected Fleming's interpretation of the character, to give Bond both a sense of humour and Scottish antecedents that were not present in the previous stories.[10] In a fictional obituary, purportedly published in The Times, Bond's parents were given as Andrew Bond, from the village of Glencoe, Scotland, and Monique Delacroix, from Yverdon, Switzerland.[11]

The train was marked "Not in Service" on the front.

I haven't seen Skyfall but I'm a fan of Bond movies. I especially love the music and opening sequences. I'm more partial to the older Bond films. The newer ones have more action but not as much character, to me.

We just went to the IMAX to see it (we originally saw it on the regular screen). If there's one thing more beautiful than Daniel Craig, it's Daniel Craig 6 stories high. LOL.

Thanks, AZC! You know, I was watching him at some slightly slow point and thinking, his face is not really that beautiful (his body...fantastic), in fact in some views downright ugly, but somehow it all comes together very well.
