My brother and dad just saw it today. they said it was okay, and only funny for like a span of 10 minutes or so. They also said 90% of the laughs where the same things shown on the commericals, but what do they know, their men!

Is it really all that good? I am planning on seeing it with a couple friends this coming weekend. Any quarrels with it??

I just got back from "Bruce Almighty" and Jim Carrey didn't let me down, it was hilarious! I thoroughly enjoyed it 100% all the way through.

I loved it, but then when he grants the Stanley Cup to the Sabres is something you have to be a hockey fan to appreciate
    ( Go Lindy !)

I took four teens to it, and they were all killing themselves laughing too...

I saw it last weekend and thought it was great. It was one of the few movies I've been to where the audience actually clapped at the end. There were about 4 middle aged ladies sitting in the row in front of me, and they were laughing so hysterically they carried on long after each joke/gag. One of them had a really funny laugh and she kept going on and on and many people around me couldnt' stop laughing at her laugh. It was a good time.

Very funny! Lots of people laughing in the audience. The trailers definitely did not have all the funny scenes I wasn't dying to see it after the trailers either but my friends decided to go and I'm glad I went

I enjoyed it. One scene had myself and the theater rolling for an extended time.
