Re: X-men: Wolverine

What!!!!!!!! ???????? Which one you see depends on w hich theater you are in?? Good grief!
I SO appreciate FORT giving me warnings about when it is worth staying through the credits. My sig. other is always the first one out the door at the end unless I can provide convincing evidence that we need to stay.

I always stay after the credits are over just in case, but sometimes my friends convince me to leave early. Well I forced them to stay this time, and it's a good thing that we did! But I'm reading that there were 2 scenes that played after all of the credits were done, and it depended on what movie theater you were at. [[I saw the Deadpool scene. The other scene showed Wolverine in a bar in Japan. A waitress (believed to be Lady Deathstrike, who you probably remember from the second X-Men movie) asks him if he is drinking to forget. Instead, he says he's drinking to remember.]]

ETA: Did [[the Professor]] look photoshopped to anyone else? Or was it just me?
Rats there were two scenes?

No need to be kicking yourself, you didn't miss out on anything.

There were 2 scenes that played during the credits: the one with [[Stryker being asked about the colonel]], and either A) [[Deadpool surviving the decapitation]] or B) [[what-is-believed-to-be Lady Deathstrike greeting Logan in the bar]]. It depended on what theater you were at, and by the looks of it, you got scene A. Maybe they saved scene B for the bigger cities such as LA or NY?

[[ We had the Lady in the bar scene and we live in a very small town. ]]

Was there anything special in the credits? When they were rolling a lot of the kids looked as if they were reading them, pointing out names and laughing.

Husband and I regularly scan movie credits for funny sounding names

Maybe they were just doing that?

Re: X-men: Wolverine

Finally got to see it... down to just one theater at our multiplex, but that one was quite full (although it was Friday night). Glad I'd been warned to wait for TWO post movie scenes. A lot people left after the first, but a row of teenage boys and I knew enough to keep waiting. I got the [[Version XI rising from the rubble ]]one.
Glad to know they are called X-Men because they were the 10th draft!
Hugh Jackman nude scenes as good as advertised--I trust there was no body double !
I had a little trouble understanding the actors at the start, then either I adjusted or they turned up the volume.
Very sad/romantic ending. Not sure why he didn't go in the plane...
I'm sure it meant more to those more tuned into the X-Men comics than I am, but still very enjoyable.

Okay, I missed that part. Would you care to elaborate?
