It's so true, Pixar has never had a bad film.

ETA: I find it weird that Jack Black is helping present Best Animated Feature when he was the voice of the panda in Kung Fu Panda.

Predictable, Wall-E won. But I love Pixar, and I love Wall-E, so I'm happy to see it win.

ETA2: Mini-shocker, Pixar didn't win for Best Animated Short.

Aw, he tried so hard to speak in English. But in the end, he just gave up.

Notice how they kept going to Brad & Angelina while Jennifer was up there? I thought they all looked gracious and handled it well. The media was so hoping to make this 'something' to watch. Jennifer definitely has a quiet , confident air about her.

I liked that they showed the 2 of them when Jennifer was presenting. The media always tries to stir more up than probably ever existed.

I was thinking the same thing! Really tacky. And I felt sorry for her to always be associated with Brad leaving her for Jolie. I bet that's not what she wants to be known for.

Curious Case of Ben Button actually won something! I really thought it would be shafted in all of its categories.

I really like the set decoration for these two categories. It makes it feel more... authentic. I can't think of the right word for it, but "authentic" will do.

The Duchess wins Best Costume Design.

Oh, SJP & Daniel are presenting another category! I guess that's a good thing to get these categories done in one sitting since, admittedly, no one really cares about them. I remember that these categories were presented on the stairs in past shows.

Aw, sorry PhoneGrrrl, Ben Button won for Best Makeup. But this is probably all it's going to win.

ETA: Haha, when Amanda was speaking, Robert kinda looked lke a scary vampire.

I really like how they're doing these little storybook things for each kind of movie. I love the song they're using for the Romance one, but I don't know the name of it. Can anyone help? I'm think it's by Coldplay, but I may be wrong.

It seems like the Oscar people are letting the winners speak more this year with their acceptance speeches. Haven't heard the hurry up music too much yet.
