I am loving the wolf pack. I will enjoy watching the more desperate, darker themes in this movie, it will make the teen love theme that much more interesting.

Excellent! Jacob shirtless is lovely.....and I feel kinda icky saying that as I'm old enough to be his mom.....yikes!

Thanks for posting a safe link oneTVslave....at least I think it is safe. Gah, I'm too old to love this series, but really, I'm ok with it. LOL!

Thanks for the link--even on my basically soundless work computer I recognized the scenes... and yes, Jacob, yum!

After watching the trailer, I can't wait for the movie! I must say, I'm impressed with how much Sharkboy bulked up.

I saw the trailer last night, I am slightly impressed. Looks like the bigger budget did help the look of the movie.. and maybe even the new director. *snark off*

It still has the bad KStew stutter and bad KStew acting, but the movie looks REALLY nice.. and I do mean look, the indy movie vibe wasn't cutting it for this film I dont think. This looks much more polished. They did a wonderful job with the wolf transformation from what I saw of Jake. I already got a better feel for the book wiht this trailer than I did with the whole move last time. I hope the rest of it is as good!

From what I could see in the trailer, it looks horrendous. I'm hoping it's just the trailer, but the acting does not look to be any better than the first, and it looks like they changed a major part of the book, but that was probably to cut down the running time, which is understandable.

    Re: Twilight: New Moon

I just watched the trailer. The overall look of the film seems greatly improved, but I don't have high hopes about the acting from the bits we saw there. I'm going to hold my opinion on the special effects for now. I do agree with Ionan about the plot change. I don't think it will hugely impact the movie, but the mystery surrounding the wolves was a big part of New Moon. It looks like they are removing some of that by changing the scene with Laurent the way they did.
