    Babylon A.D.

In the near future, Toorop (Vin Diesel) is a mercenary who takes the job of escorting a woman named Aurora from Central Asia to New York. While he thinks this is just an ordinary mission, he gradually finds out that his guest is carrying twins that have the potential to become the next Messiahs - and everybody wants to get their hands on them.

I just went to see this with my husband and I must say all in all, it was a very good movie. I would give the entire movie as a whole a 9 out of 10. Great action and some excellent twists and turns. A few good comical lines. I hated the ending, however. Vin Diesel looks hot as usual and Michelle Yeoh kicked some serious butt. Excellent movie and definitely worth seeing.

I liked Babylon A.D. also. I agree Michelle Yeoh is awesome - just love her. Vin was definitely a good choice for the lead in this movie. The only thing I didn't like was the ending... it was a little bit of a let down for me.
It definitely has the potential to be a cult classic kind of movie.

If you liked this movie, I would also recommend "Twelve Monkies" with Brad Pitt & Bruce Willis.

I'm so glad I'm not the only one who didn't like the ending. Seriously the whole time I'm like "WHAT?!
After everything he went through to protect her and she still dies? WTH?!
I have my favorite lines and parts in the movie. I found myself trying to catch my own drool when Vin was standing in nothing but a towel. LOL.

    lol nilesgirl
I also wish they had focused a little more on the girl's paranormal powers.
All in all, it was definitely worth seeing though.
If you like Vin Diesel - they showed us a preview of another Fast and Furious movie - with both Paul Walker and Vin Diesel back together. It looked pretty good.

Yep. Saw that preview, too. Along with the preview for Saw V. I knew it was coming out because they had the poster up at the theater but the way they did the trailer was a bit unexpected. What other trailers? Oh, some other thriller type movie. And I saw the trailer for "Miracle at St. Anna". And The Day the Earth Stood Still.
