I was disappointed. It was more like a 2hr episode then anything worth making a movie about. I was expecting something bigger and better for a movie version of the series. And some of the dialogue was out of place. I would recommend waiting for it to come out on dvd. Movie prices are too high today and this wasn't worth spending a lot on. And I love the X-Files franchise which is why I went to see it at the theater to begin with. But I felt really let down.
