No flack from me. I thought all three were massively overrated. But stupidest movie? Hmmmm, that's a tough one. I guess I'll have to go with Water, the only movie I ever walked out on. That would be the 1985 farce, not the 2005 film by Deepa Mehta. But I will have to add a caveat in that I hate, hate, hate farce. Hate it.

I hated this movie, but I did like Ladykillers. We still quote from that movie and when we eat at the "Awful" house(Waffle House) We now call it the Waffle Hut because of this movie.

Stupidest movie ever for me: Ghost Rider.

Lucy, Congo was bad too. I liked the book, but the movie just was awful.

I just remembered a really awful movie I watched that I can't even remember the name. But the main character comes to America from India and ends up becoming a porn actor. The ONLY reason I watched it was I was with a friend at the hospital waiting on her husband to come out of surgery and it was on the tv in the waiting room and we had no way to change the channel.
And the movie wasn't a porn movie (doubt the hospital would be playing THAT), but it was about the porn industry here.

Re: What is the stupidest movie you've ever seen?

One really stupid movie I saw recently was this old Chuck Norris movie called "Silent Rage" about a bionic man/killing machine. The killer, however, wasn't silent--just inarticulate. It was laughably stupid, like MST3K should have a look.

Re: What is the stupidest movie you've ever seen?

I have a long list of hated movies, a few are:
Pulp Fiction
Sideways
Napoleon Dynamite
Traffic
Bonfire of the Vanities

and I just saw Michael Clayton - while it was a pretty good movie they could have called it Silkwood II or Erin Brockovich takes Manhattan.

Chuck Norris and Stupid Movies. Don't the two go hand in hand with just about any Chuck Norris movie?

ET, Titanic, and Dances with Wolves are the three biggest stinkers that come to mind.

Ya know, I always felt there was something wrong with me because I hated all 3 of those movies and everyone else raves about them. I'm glad to know I am not the only one that doesn't care for them.

I did see Titanic, but it had been out for months. I had friends ask me if I was going to see it. I used to say "nope, know how it ends, the ship sinks".
I was sorry to see it when I finally did. Other than embarrassing myself in a movie theater full of people by blurting out "It's Victor!" (from the Young and Restless Soap opera. I think he played some famous rich guy. Newf, you'll remember him as the German in Rat Patrol), I just didn't care for it. If I want a good ship disaster movie, I'll go for the original Posiedan Adventure. And its not the greatest, but I saw it at the drivein and I always have fond memories of going to the drivein with my parents. I miss driveins.
