| Re: Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street My 14 year old daughter wanted to see it. It was way to gory for me but she liked it. The problem was my 13 year old daughter. She's a little more sensitive and I wish I'd chosen a different time to go when she wasn't there.

| Re: Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street I finally saw this. It was very bloody, but the blood was very stylisticly done, obviously not 'real' but not 'bad-movie-fake' either, which takes away some of the gore factor. It is almost like the blood is an integral part of the movie, like costuming or lighting, not quite 'another character' but still very important. I enjoyed it a lot. Very well cast. It confirmed my Johnny Depp crush. |

| Re: Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street It was all right. I saw it with some friends, and how we got into the movie is a secret. It was bloody, which was pretty cool, and gross because the people were eating the meat pies made out of people! >< |

| Re: Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street i saw it with my mom last night. she was grossed out and closed her eyes for most of the film but i really liked it and wasn't grossed out at all. the blood was fake-o looking and the people he killed mostly were strangers so you didn't feel bad for them. plus its a movie so you know no ones really dead anyways.

| Re: Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street It is officially my favorite movie of all time!!! Tim Burton is amazing!!! I can't believe Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter sang that well!!!!! I loved everything about it... if you haven't seen it, I highly recommend it. Johnny Depp did an amazing job as Sweeney Todd!!! ![]()

| Re: Sweeny Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street holy gruesome batman! I saw this last night and although the blood was necessary I was grossed out. The singing was suprisingly good. It was a dark and depressing movie. but then again so are most movies about revenge. (although I did like The Count of Monte Cristo) I have "it's priest, have a little priest, it's too good at least" stuck in my head. The song is sick but I liked the tune and the way HBC sang it.
