Re: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

^ I agree. Not really a big fan of movies cut in half. Hopefully they'll prove my fears unfounded.

Count me in the thrilled pile that Deathly Hallows will be 2 movies. My thought is that the cut off point will be either right before or right after Ron returns.

Re: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

^ Has to be as it is the last book. I'm sure JK Rowling wouldn't agree to them making new movies based on her characters.

Re: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

I haven't read any of the books, merely watched the movies. I do love them, I just don't have the time to read those large books right now. Thanks CCL!

You would be amazed how fast you can read "those large books". They are an "easy" read. I read the last one in two days and I have heard people say it took them even less...

Last book. But it will be made into 2 movies. Reason: so no scenes, elements will be cut out as they are too important to the story.

Re: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

I'm okay with the last book being split into two movies because I love the series so much and I hate to see it end. So the longer it can be dragged out, the better .
