I thought Jennifer Garner's dress was quite pretty, the colour wasn't my favourite, but the dress clearly didn't fit her properly across the mid section.

Iwonder if she changed gowns at the last minute as this one didn't look to have been specifically tailored to her body.

J Lo's dress was a copy of a Valentino dress that Jackie Kennedy owned. Jennifer wasn't allowed to keep it, but just borrowed it for the night.

I thought it would stir up speculation that she's pregnant.

i actually like harrison ford and calista flockhart as a couple. i think they suit one another.

re: renee zellweger's weight gain and loss. she is very petite. she only had to put on 30 lbs for the part. she looks a lot heavier, but that is normal for adding 30 lbs to a 5'2" frame.

minnie driver and toni collette both gained weight for parts as well. circle of friends and muriel's wedding, respectively.

Harrison Ford is looking like hell these days! I also do not like to see him with Calista Flockhart. I think she is so gross looking.

I had read somewhere that after doing "Bridget Jones", Renee said she would never gain weight for a role again. I guess she changed her mind?

I had also heard that Halle Berry actually had the designer add another layer under her gown b/c it was too see-thru.

I saw that too on TV the other night. Also, JK wore that dress when visiting the troops in the Korea war (or was it Vietnam - sorry, I don't recall), so I assume she (J-Lo) was discreetly making a statement by wearing it.

    DAMMIT!
When you're ten years old and a car drives by and splashes a puddle of water all over you, it's hard to decide if you should go to school like that or try to go home and change and probably be late. So while he was trying to decide, I drove by and splashed him again. - Jack Handey
