IT - the new one... Very creepy and scary. Surprised how funny it was as well. One of the kids had the best one-liners. Very entertained.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2. Loved it - and yes, baby Groot steals the show. How they managed to get so many expressions on his tiny face is a Marvel.

Usual Marvel tip...stay all the way through the end-credits - it is one crazy scene or thing after another.

"The Founder" - streaming now on Netflix. It's about Ray Crok, the (supposed) "founder" of McDonald's. I always wondered where he got the name McDonalds. Now I know. Michael Keaton (one of my favorites) played Crok. I highly recommend this one! I may even watch it a second time, which I rarely ever do!

I'm also about halfway thru binge watching the BBC series "Call The Midwife", also streaming on Netflix. I'm loving it! Definitely for the gals. I think most men will find it boring.

I'm ambivalent about watching The Founder. It is on my list and now I may have to cue it up.

    Minions -
    PG 2015 ‧ Action/Adventure ‧ 1h 31m

A prequel to the Despicable Me movies, it was OK, cute, but lacking in substance, more a novella and not a novel. Need to close caption as many do not speak Minionese.

Gifted. One of my new favorites.

Life. Not as bad as I had read here, however the ending was shocking even though it was predictable. The alien hugging the oxygen light was actually adorable.

Patriot's Day. Events as remembered but with individuals highlighted. It is okay.
