CNN reports breaking news that Anna Nicole Smith has been hospitalized after being found unconcious and unresponsive in her hotel room in Hollywood, FL.

It was just reported that she died. That's sad for her new baby.

Wow. She really was a troubled woman wasn't she? I hope her baby's paternity can be settled and the correct parent will raise her. I just hope the guy who is claiming to be the father will be a good parent if he's found to be the father. This is a tragic ending but not a total surprise.

(CNN) -- Reality TV star and former model Anna Nicole Smith is dead, a law enforcement source told CNN.
Smith, 39, collapsed at a south Florida hotel and was taken to a local hospital, according to news reports.

TMZ.com reported that Smith collapsed at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood, Florida, and was rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood just after 2 p.m. ET.

According to reports, Smith was found unresponsive in her hotel room.

Smith is currently involved in paternity suit regarding the parentage of her daughter, Danielynn, as well as other disputes, including ones regarding a house she stayed at in the Bahamas around the time she gave birth.

Earlier this week, Smith was included in a class-action lawsuit against a company, TrimSpa, for which she has worked as a spokesperson. TrimSpa makes a product it claims leads to substantial weight loss. The lawsuit alleges the marketing of the product, TrimSpa X32, was false or misleading.

Smith's son, Daniel Wayne Smith, died at age 20 just days after the birth of Smith's daughter. Pathologist Cyril Wecht said a lethal dose of methadone and antidepressants caused cardiac dysrhythmia, leading to his death.

Such tragic news...but Anna Nicole has passed away, it was really sad that her son recently passed, and now she has passed as well...I wonder what will happen with her daughter.

What a terrible waste

I'm watching Headline News right now and they're discussing the former boyfriend who is seeking the paternity test. He alleged that the baby was born drug addicted and wanted to get custody of her to get her away from her mother. If it's true that the baby was drug addicted, I hope this guy turns out to be the father. Maybe she'd have a shot at a normal life.

This is so sad. So much of Anna's life seems tragic, from court cases, her son's death, her substance abuse and that creepy lawyer Howard K. Stern. I just pray that her little girl will be raised away from that lawyer and with a family that will love her and provide a sense of a normal life, without exploitation.

I was thinking that tonight she might be on ET with some taped commentary about her situation. Things just keep on getting bizarre and bizarre. What's to stop Birkhead from getting the paternity test now? What if it was drugs that did her in? I feel for Danni.

This is very sad news. I feel the most sad for her baby daughter. I think now they will have to let the paternity testing go forward.
