| Saw it last Sunday, and the last 15 minutes I was absolutely BAWLING, and I wasn't the only one. Best movie I've seen in a very long time. Absolutely beautiful, with an ending that will warrant a LOT of discussion. Loved the faun, loved the Pale Man...loved it all. The performances in this movie (especially Sergi Lopez and Ivana Baquero) are absolutely amazing, and Oscar worthy on their own. If this movie does not get nominated, there is no justice in the world. Warning: This is NOT a child-friendly movie by any stretch of the imagination, as there are several scenes in this movie that will scar them for a very, very long time. That R is there for a damn good reason. |
