I didn't know Loretta Devine was on a Different World. I was referring to the woman who played the wife Eddie Murphy's character.

I've heard that Jennifer Holiday was upset that she didn't get to appear in the film. I'm glad she didn't, as it would've likely distracted from Jennifer Hudsons performance assEffie.

I'm interested in the Different World episodes with Loretta Divine. I love her as an actress. She also seems like she'd be really friendly in real life.
