Best: almost any version of A Christmas Carol except for the one with Albert Finney as Scrooge. That one was awful. I guess that would qualify as my worst.

Elf - love love love it.
NL's Christmas Vacation - can't wrap presents on Christmas Eve without it.
Home for the Holidays - can't cook Thanksgiving Dinner without it.

Christmas with the Kranks. I didn't expect it to be great but it was so terrible I was embarrassed for the actors in it. What were they thinking?!?!? I couldn't even watch it all the way thru.

National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation is always funny no matter how many times I've seen it.

Also, don't forget Rudolph (with the dentist elf and Bumbles ). I think every generation of kids loves that movie.

I was prepared to despise the first Home Alone. I'd seen the commercials and thought it looked really stupid. I actually didn't see it for several years after it came out. I finally got sort of stuck watching it at a relative's house one year and thought it was very cute and the storyline of how he was left behind was more believable than I thought it could be. It's WAY overshown nowadays, but its a cute, touching movie if someone hasn't seen it before.

I love National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation. Hands down, my favorite. I also like A Christmas Story and (don't throw things) Bad Santa. I know, I know. There was a nice story underneath all the raunch!

It's not Christmas without NL Christmas Vacation!

    Other holiday movies I love:
    Love Actually
    Home for the Holidays
    A Christmas Story
(I'm one of the only people I know who actually saw it in the theater!)
    Little Women -
    any version
    The original Grinch

There aren't many Christmas/holiday movies I don't like. I'll pretty much watch any old cheesy Christmas movie. Hell, I'll even watch A Very Brady Christmas! The only one that I will never watch again because it was SO bad was The Christmas Shoes with Kimberly Williams-Paisley. My mother and I laughed and snorted our way through the whole thing. It was so horrible, so predictable, so unintentionally funny.
