Feeling culturally out of it... what is parkour?

Parkour is this crazy running/leaping/jumping thing where guys literally look like they can fly up buildings and bounce off of them. Try www.parkour.com, or the wikipedia reference at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parkour. It's somewhere between a sport and a philosophy. All I know is that I'd probably die trying to do it.
Very interesting!! I wonder if Ozzy on Survivor practices it...seems to describe his behavior in the last challenge... going to put this link over there (giving credit to you of course, PhoneGrrl!).

And I agree when I saw the film I was immediately impressed with the fluidity of the guy escaping. Now I know why--live and learn! Thanks!

Likes Scottish Vikings!
Saw this movie last night with friends, WOW! We all loved it. I need to see it again, to fully understand some of the subtle dialogue and interchanges between characters. And, I loved Daniel Craig!!!
I need your help FORTers. Can someone give me the address for the casting agency for this flick, or Bond 22? My 10 year old son could easily be a Daniel Craig look alike, so I thought it would be fun to send in a pic.
So, this weekend I finally got around to see this. I love how they have returned to a more spy story plot than the recent Brosnan flicks that have been more focused on the action. The ending was a bit long though, it seemed like it was too many endings.
Daniel Craig did a great job as Bond, not too serious (a la Timothy Dalton) but not too comedian (a la Roger Moore). And as a Scandinavian I must say that both Mads Mikkelsen and Eva Green (Vesper, half-Swedish) did a great job. And being a poker lover myself, I thought that bit was fun, even though some of the hands were a bit unlikely, at least all in the same game.
