| Weeee! Just got home from work and my sort of ex has hooked up the dvd. A friend gave it to him and he doesn't need it as he doesn't have a tv, so he gave it to us weeks ago. Everytime he'd come over he'd fight with it, and it would win. He finally asked the friend how to work it, and voila, we now own a dvd. We already have a few dvd's (Harry Potter - my daughter's friend gave it to her, and the BBC Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe). They are so nice and compact I can see wanting a million dvd's. Off the top of my head, I want Alfie, a set of Ealing comedies, Sex and the City, If this is Tuesday it Must be Belguim, Sammy and Rosie get Laid, maybe That's Entertainment, some BBC dramas, some costume dramas (what was that wartime thing with Cate Blanchett as a spy? Stuff like that), things with James Nesbitt, How to Get Ahead in Advertising with the incomparable Richard E. Grant. Oooh, the mind boggles. I am going to start renting stuff asap! |

| Just got Storefront Hitchcock for Mr. Rattus and Dogfight and True Love for me. True Love is the absolute best movie to see if you actually want to get into a bit of a squabble with your partner, particularly if they are of the opposite gender.
