I really have no idea who is going to win a lot of the categories. This should be fun.

    Don't gay cowboys win everything?

Well, yes there certainly is a history of gay cowboys sweeping the Oscars. I've only seen Munich and Good Night and Good Luck out of the Best Picture nominees. I want to see the others though.

Who is the female interviewer on the ABC pre-show? Looks like she has long, dark hair. I don't recognize her voice, and I haven't heard her name mentioned yet.

I watched part of the pre-show tonight on E with Seacrest, I can't stand him. It was just poor coverage, they need to rework their whole pre-show bit. Sorry for the rant, it just had to be said!

Thank goodness that evil mutant dwarf Billy Bush is off my TV now.

Time for the non-evil non-mutant dwarf Jon Stewart.

Wow. Snazzy credits! Color me impressed.

I just watched the ABC coverage this year. It was easier. And, Jewels, I have no idea who that woman was even though they mentioned her name several times.

ITA Yardgnome - Ryan Seacrest must be stopped. I loved his "crowded" 1st annual Oscar party May there never be another.

I don't care about most of the awards since I haven't seen many of the nominated films. I did see Capote and I'm really rooting for Phillip Seymour Hoffman. He was astonishingly good in that role.

I smell a gay cowboy joke coming.

    EDIT - Yup.

That is what kind of pushed me over the edge and fact that he is extremely annoying.

I really hope Reese wins and maybe Jake or Heath pulls out a win.
